Our registration and placement process is as easy as ABC!

1. Submit the Application
   Complete the application below and submit the initial registration fee via credit card.  Be sure to fill out both pages – you’ll receive a confirmation email once submitted.
   Registration and Placement fee schedule:
        • $250 reservation fee for Newborn Care Specialist (“Baby Nurse”) clients, paid with the application and credited towards the final placement fee, which is 20% of Baby Nurse’s total earnings.
        • $195 registration for Nanny and Housekeeper clients.  Placement fee due upon hire is 15% of the caregiver’s first-year gross salary (one-time fee).These initial fees allow us to focus on clients who are serious about hiring. We typically present a few outstanding, fully vetted caregivers for each family.
2. Review Your Application & Start the Caregiver Search
   We review your application together to fully understand your needs and begin finding your perfect caregiver match.  We coordinate interviews and provide detailed resumes, reference letters as you meet the caregivers.
3. Interview and Hire a Fully Vetted Caregiver.
   Placement fees are paid upon offer and acceptance.  You may also schedule a paid trial day for Nanny and Housekeeper hires to ensure the right fit. All candidates undergo thorough criminal background checks. We provide Work Agreements for both the family and caregiver to ensure expectations and responsibilities are clearly defined and met.

Hiring Details and What to Expect

When you hire, you are the employer and pay each caregiver directly on a weekly basis. Nanny Salaries and Newborn Care Specialists (“Baby Nurse”) rates vary based on experience – our team will guide you on typical ranges.
